Jobs posted on UpCounsel are not publicly accessible and may only be viewed by lawyers that have passed our thorough vetting and screening process. Additionally, we do not show your full name on a job post - allowing you to remain anonymous and only share your full identity with lawyers when you feel comfortable doing so.
Our secure messaging platform allows you to communicate with lawyers without the need to disclose your full name, email address, or any other contact information. After you engage a lawyer, you can continue to communicate privately through UpCounsel and have a record of your communication history accessible online for future reference.
UpCounsel’s full-service billing platform allows you to pay both your legal fees and any filing fees in one secure location, without the need to provide your billing information to numerous third-parties.
